Our Coffee

We are proud to source only 100% specialty coffee beans from farms where we know that the money will go straight to the farmers and their families and support local communities. These beans are roasted in our coffee shop in Mooloolaba every week, so fresh coffee is available every single day.

(Coffee oxidizes quickly after being ground which impacts on aroma and taste. We recommend buying whole beans and grinding them immediately prior to brewing. However, if you are not ready to treat yourself to a grinder just yet, please specify the type of brewing method you use and we will be happy to grind your beans accordingly to ensure you get the perfect cup).

San Sebastián – Organic Single Farm

  • Altitude: 1.850 m.a.s.l. (Colombia)
  • Variety: Colombia and Caturra
  • Processing: Hand picked, semi-washed, sun dried
  • Harvest: May – Jul & Oct – Jan
  • Certificates: Organic, Rain Forest, Utz.
  • Cupping Notes: Red fruit notes, juicy medium acidity with flavours of sweet berry and chocolate. Good body on a clean balanced cup and sweet after taste.

“Colombia Supremo – El Jardin” Single Farm

  • Region: Suaza, Huila
  • Altitude: 1450 - 1750 m.a.s.l.
  • Variety: Caturra and Colombia
