1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We try to pack and dispatch all orders within 48 hours after receiving them, usually via Australia Post. Orders sent via regular post should arrive within 2-5 business days for metropolitan areas, and with express within 2-4 days. Rural and remote areas may take longer, however we always make every effort to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready for dispatch. All orders are marked with ‘Authority to Leave’. Please let us know if you prefer for someone to sign for your order instead.
Standard Shipping 2-5 business days $7.95 fixed rate
Express Shipping 1-3 business days $14.95 fixed rate
Delivery times are estimates only. Delivery times apply from the date of dispatch, not the date orders are received and refer to business days instead calendar days. We make every attempt to ensure all deliveries arrive within the estimated time frames above however sometimes events occur that are out of our control. If your order is more than 2 business days late based on the above guidelines please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your name, order number and date of order.
Currently we only ship Australia wide. Please get in touch if you are overseas and we can explore alternatives.

If we have sent you the wrong product or it has been wrongly described or if it arrived in poor condition, please contact us on email@example.com within 7 business days from delivery and we will resolve the matter.
