This Limited Edition coffee comes from Finca Las Mercedes in Ciudad Bolívar, Antioquia, our hometown and one of Colombia’s most celebrated coffee-growing regions. Perched at 1,850 metres above sea level, the farm benefits from rich volcanic soils, cool mountain nights and warm sunny days that allow the cherries to ripen slowly, developing exceptional sweetness and complexity. Produced exclusively from Caturra, one of Colombia’s most iconic varieties, this washed coffee showcases the region in its purest form. Removing the fruit before drying highlights the coffee’s natural clarity, balance and elegant sweetness, making it a beautiful representation of traditional Colombian coffee.
