Our Red Honey is grown by friends at Finca Las Mercedes in Ciudad Bolívar, Antioquia, the town where we grew up and where coffee has shaped the landscape and local culture for generations. At 1,850 metres, the combination of fertile volcanic soils, abundant rainfall and cool mountain temperatures creates ideal conditions for producing dense, flavour-packed cherries. Crafted from 100% Caturra, this Red Honey process leaves part of the fruit’s natural sugars on the bean during drying, creating a silky mouthfeel, rich sweetness and outstanding complexity while preserving the vibrant character of the region.
