Grown at 1,850 metres on fertile volcanic soils, the slow ripening of the cherries creates remarkable sweetness, vibrant fruit character and exceptional density. Using only Caturra, this Natural process allows the whole cherry to dry around the bean, intensifying fruit flavours and producing a coffee with incredible body, richness and depth while still retaining the elegance that Antioquia coffees are known for.
