This Caturra variety is grown at 1800 MASL and undergoes Lactobacillus Anaerobic Fermentation, delivering a rich flavour profile of macadamia nuts, mandarin, red fruits and black tea. With a medium roast and Rainforest Alliance certification, it shines as an espresso, milk-based, or filter brew. Mallorca Estate, led by Santiago Londoño, is dedicated to environmental preservation and coffee science, refining fermentation and drying techniques to create complex yet consistent flavours.
