From the high-altitude valleys of Cauca, Popayán embodies the best of Colombian coffee. Sourced from a collection of small farms and carefully curated for quality, this lot reflects the dedication of growers who have cultivated coffee in the region for generations. The volcanic soils and cool mountain climate create the perfect conditions for slow ripening, producing beans with depth and balance.
This cup is smooth and comforting, with layers of caramel, milk chocolate and candied almonds. A gentle sweetness carries through from start to finish, making it a versatile coffee that’s equally satisfying black or with milk.
