PROCESSING: Hand picked, fermented in ceramic tanks for 50 hours, then pulped, fermented for extra 40 hours before pulping and gentle drying on raised beds
RAINFALL: 1.500 – 1.800 mm
CUPPING NOTES: Blackcurrant, dried Blueberry, milk chocolate. Soft acidity, chocolate texture and smooth vanilla aftertaste
