This specialty microlot was produced by Camila Gomez and her family in the Buescao, Nariño. Full bodied, complex and full of dark berries and vanilla notes.
Extra care was taken in selecting only the ripest cherries and then exposed to a dry anaerobic fermentation for 32 hours before being pulped and shadow-dried in parabolic beds to the perfect moisture level.
Camila took over her mothers farm after she passed away 10 years ago, she continues to push the boundaries of specialty coffee and experiment with different processing methods.
